Pillow Care
How to clean: We advise spot cleaning only. Begin by using a clean cloth dampened with warm water, gently blotting the stained area. If the stain persists, adding very mild detergent or soap to the dampened cloth and continue blotting. We advise avoiding machine washing as the colors may fade and bleed together.
How to keep fresh: Fluff your pillows regularly to maintain their shape. Use a gentle fabric freshener spray to eliminate odors. Gently vacuuming the pillows helps remove dust and debris and aids the longevity of your pillow investment.
When storing your pillow, avoid placing them where they may be compressed by heavy items. Prolonged compression can cause the pillows to lose their shape and fluffiness.
Ensure you store your pillow in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat or sunlight. Damp or humid environments can lead to mold, mildew, or unpleasant odors.
We are proud to say all of the pillow inserts we offer are hypoallergenic down alternative. No need to worry about musty feathers causing allergies.
We do not advise using our pillows outdoors use. The fabric of our pillows are not rated for intense sun exposure.
Every pillow we offer is woven, not printed. Making every design and color a permanent element in the fabric of our pillows. Increasing our pillow's longevity and allowing it to be less prone to fading.
To further extend the life of your Pax pillow, avoid direct sunlight and exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaners.
With proper care, our high-quality pillows can last a lifetime. Ensuring regular cleaning, fluffing, and proper storage can extend their lifespan.
We intend for our pillows to happily live the rest of their life in your home, not to be thrown away next season.

Inserts Care
Our pillow inserts maintain their plush, fluffy form exceptionally well, although if you’re looking for a little more fluffiness:
Method 1: Simply place your pillow insert in the dryer with a couple clean tennis balls or dryer balls on low heat or air-only setting and let it tumble for 10-15 minutes.
Method 2: Hold the pillow insert by opposite corners and shake vigorously. Alternately, patting the sides of the insert together, while simultaneously tossing and rotating the insert in the air.
Spot cleaning is recommended for smaller stains. Although, for larger stains or for a more through cleaning, our pillow inserts are indeed machine washable on a gentle cycle of cold water. Consider washing your insert with a regular load of cloths or with multiple inserts at once, as to not unbalance your washer. Tumble dry on low.
We make zero profit on our pillow inserts. Because we’re in the business of curated decor from around the world, not over-priced inserts.
We’re frustrated other retailers sell cheap inserts at more than half the price of the pillow covers.

We support no down decor.
All our pillow inserts are filled with a luxury down alternative, specially made to mimic the plush feel of down, while also keeping its fluffy shape over time.
We do not offer inserts as an individual product available to order. We offer pillow inserts at cost as a curtesy with every order of a Pax pillow.
Although, for our loyal Pax members, we understand life happen, inserts get damaged, stains occur, or you changed your mind and decided you did want an insert with your pillow.

How we're able to offer fast, free shipping
Free: Our creative studio is based in Kansas City, Missouri, conveniently located in the middle of the country. Due to our central location, we're able to secure the most reliable and reasonable shipping rates possible. In this way, we're glad to extend the curtesy of free shipping to all our customers.
Fast: Many large retailers take up to 3-5 days to get around to shipping your order from their warehouse. Our small team of creatives focuses individually on every order with care, committing to ship every order within 24 hours of when the order was placed.

We offer decor for life, we know it takes time to really cozy up to a new piece. We’re so confident our pillows will be a curated addition to your home that we’d love to give you 90 days to decide. If the pillow doesn't fit the style, let us know and we'll make it right.
After our 90 day home trial we’d love to extend the opportunity to offer store credit or exchanges.
We commit to shipping every order for free within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Once shipped, you can expect your order within 2-6 business days. Depending on your location from our from our creative studio in Kansas City.
We're afraid at this time, we are unable to support Paxxy orders from abroad. Feel free to reach out via email if you feel your order may merit an exception.
We gladly support like kind exchanges, provided the item is in its original condition.
If you would like to inquire about an item exchange, please reach out via our email or fill out the contact us form at the bottom of the page to arrange the exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the correct item.
We commit to shipping out every order within 24 hours of when the order was placed.
You'll find your order tracking information within the shipping confirmation email sent to you around that time.
If you don't find our confirmation email, keep in mind to check the spam folder and move the email into your primarily mailbox to avoid missing any further updates.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Provided your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order mid shipment, we will gladly assist with an order return and refund as usual after you receive the order.
If you receive your order damaged through the mail, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please take photos and document how your order was received and damaged.
When contacting us, please provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with the photos. We will promptly arrange for a replacement, a return, or refund as quickly as possible.
